FAQ

How long do I have access to the content?
You’ll have 6 months of access to the full Becoming: Heal the Pattern program - including all 8 modules, scripts, workbooks and bonus trainings. You can move at your own pace and revisit lessons any time during that window.

What if my daughter isn’t open to talking right now?
This program doesn’t require her participation. Everything you’ll learn is about how you show up emotionally, so you can create safety, trust, and connection…no matter where she is.

Is this therapy?
No. Becoming is a guided program with emotional tools, scripts, and coaching-informed practices but it’s not therapy or a substitute for clinical care. It’s taught by a licensed therapist with 15 years of experience and ideal for women who’ve already done some inner work and are ready for a relationship shift.

I’ve already tried so much. How is this different?
Becoming doesn’t give you “scripts” to say the right thing it helps you become the woman who says the true thing. This work is grounded, embodied, and supported with reflection tools, emotional repair training, and real practice, not just concepts.

Can I upgrade to the full Becoming program later?
Yes. If within 30 days of joining Becoming: Heal the Pattern you realize you’re ready to be held, coached and supported with live coaching, you’ll have the opportunity to step into the full coaching container and recieve a credit for what you've already invested. You won’t lose your investment here, just build on it.
