A three part transformational experience that takes you from confused to attuned even if you’ve had years of walking on eggshells or distance to create the relationship you’ve been dreaming of but wrote off after years of therapy.
I've helped countless mothers and daughters heal their relationships and have an extraordinary experience they've been waiting for their entire lives. This doesn't happen by accident. I've created a process to breakthrough the limits they've felt which not only helps them in this relationsbip but it pours over into others.
What I've found is that I've done programs for mothers and programs for daughters but there's even more power in doing this together, just like in my private coaching work with mother-daughter couples. They gain SO MUCH more value when they are in conversation with each other, listening, understanding and healing together. So I'm doing something I've never done before, which is the next evolution of this mother-daughter mission we set out on five years ago.
This is an experience where I dive deep into both perspectives. You get coached on your side of this and grow and expand through seeing me coach and teach on the other side of the relationship.
We're healing, transforming and growing together as a community. Not just mothers and daughters in separate buckets but as women coming together to create an evolution for the mother-daughter relationship.

Day One: Daughters
We are kicking off our first day together by understanding YOUR relationship. Identifying the breakdowns that have occured in your mother-daughter relationship and what you've needed as a daughter and/or a mother. Then we're jumping into how daughters feel in relationship with their mother, what they need and how to give it to them. Wish you could read your daughter's mind? Today is day! Plus we're gonna have daughters in the chat telling us what it really feels like for them.
Day Two: Mothers
Today we are going to learn how our mothers. So often as daughters we don't consider how much our mother's past, pain and the impact of her relationships have affected our relationship. On day two we're going to understand how she feels, what has held her back from being the mother you needed her to be, what she needs and the solutions to healing our hearts.
Day Three: The Revolution
Now that we understand both the mother and daughter perspectives, what we both need and how to give it to each other. Today we put it all into action. We're moving past the distance and triggers by owning your side to build a more loving, playful and fun connection. We're going to discuss how we can come together as mother and daughter to create real lasting change for our each other. We're joining hearts and minds as we build our community of transformed women.
